Nancy Willis

A painter, printmaker and sculptor, Nancy Willis is an exceptional artist who has been exhibiting at mainstream and Disability Arts events since the mid 1970's.

Early Days, Holding Promise

Her talent, making use of a wide range of visual arts media, shows an exceptional sensitivity and depth of feeling. Using strong, vibrant colours and bold images she invites the audience to reflect on universal themes, exploring the limits of human potential.

Early Days, Holding Promise

The gallery here shows work from a 1992 installation by Nancy Willis called Early Days, Holding Promise. Commissioned by Hammersmith Hospital in association with the Public Art Development Trust, the work was part of the culmination of a 2 year residency in the hospital.
