ILF cartoon

ILF cartoon © Crippen

A group of four disabled people are perched on a rickety, broken, wooden bridge above a precipice, suspended by two ropes which are pinned into place on either side by wooden pins. The bridge has the acronym for the Independent living Fund (ILF) inscribed into it. On the left two men with white shirts and ties stand with their sleeves rolled up. One of the men has an axe and is about ti cut the rope. A man in a wheelchair is saying "Er, I don't suppose there's going to be a safety net?!"
